Our first 3 levels ( Pre Beginner, Beginner, Advanced Beginner) work on the foundation of swimming. 


Getting comfortable in the water, learning to float, glide and breath properly are the main goals of these levels. You will find each level builds on the one before. The skills listed below are a snapshot of the main goals for each level.


Pre Beginner

Blowing Bubbles

Face in Water

Front and Back Float

Kicking


Lifesaving Society Level Equivalency: Preschool A, Swimmer 1


Beginner

Nose Bubbles

Front and Back Float

Front and Back Kick with Board (10 meters partially assisted)

Water Safety – Climb out of pool, Jump to Teacher and Treading Water (assisted)


Lifesaving Society Level Equivalency: Preschool A, Preschool B, Swimmer 1



Advanced Beginner

Full Head Submersion

Front Float Rollover

Front and Back Kick with Board (5 meters)

Superhero push off

Water Safety – Climb out of pool and Jump to Teacher while partially assisted


Lifesaving Society Level Equivalency: Preschool A, Preschool B, Swimmer 2
