Swimgen

Oakville Swim Academy uses a program called Swimgen to save, hold and distribute the progress report cards made for our swimmers. We find this paperless program a great way for people to be able to read, keep, hold, and save, making it an ideal system to access these reports for future needs. In addition, if you would prefer a paper copy you are able to print these reports as well. 

To access Swimgen you will first need to enter the Parent Portal. In the parent portal under each swimmers file, you will find a report card number field with an assigned number. Copy this number down. The next step is to go onto our website and click Student Report Card which can be found in the top corner of our webpage. Once you have clicked that you will come to a page similar to the one posted below. Enter the report card number and you will now have access to your Progress Reports.
