Make up Class Opportunity

Lessons will only be made up due to personal illness and registrants are allowed a maximum of two (2) make-up lessons per session and must be used by the advised expiry date. Once a make-up class(es) is booked, they cannot be re-booked, under no circumstances, and no monetary funds will be available for missed classes.
We can not guarantee that our make up times will work for you but we certainly try our hardest. Throughout every session we set aside pool time specifically for these purposes.
If you are in need of a make up class let us know as soon as possible. If makeups are not ready at that time we will send out a mass email to all those who are in need and we will assist on a first come first serve basis in response.
